This Is My Story!

This was my story,

Full of agony,

Full of melancholy;

This was my story,

Where my soul was hungry,

Where my body was weary;

This was my story,
I always worry,

Eyes were teary,

For I was like a blemished sheep,

lost in a treacherous valley,

and what was waiting for me,

jeopardy;

But all the miseries were history,

For He had died in Calvary,

For the sins of all the unworthy,

Set us free from the sins' condemnatory,

For once and forever

Christ had won the victory!

And now this is my story,

It is another new entry,

of a blessed journey;

This is my story,

in Him I gain my strength daily,

in faith I walk steadily,

no matter sunny or rainy,

I know He is always with me;

And this is my story,

it is not going to be easy,

For the door to heaven is narrow,

and the path is windy;

So, this is my story,

I will follow Him

that's how it's going to be.

Philippians 4:13 I can do everything through him who gives me strength.
